Robert Kyle- Vice President, Land & Legal
Robert Kyle received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University in 1991. Robert then attended the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1994. He has been admitted to practice law in Louisiana since 1994. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and past member of The Harry V. Booth-Judge Henry A. Politz American Inn of Court. He is also a member of the Ark-La-Tex Association of Professional Landmen. Robert joined Brammer in 2007 and in his role he is responsible for managing the company’s land staff and also for managing and maintaining contracts, risk management, and other varied insurance and legal matters. He is also involved in public and client relations and marketing, and serves on Brammer’s Management Committee. Prior to joining Brammer, Robert was a partner with Lemle & Kelleher, L.P., where his focus was in the areas of natural gas pipelines, oil and gas, municipal transactions, and civil defense. Robert is active in the community, having served on various church councils and as President of the Alumni Association for Louisiana Tech University. Robert is also actively involved in the Dixie Boys Baseball Program.
Chris Aymond- Senior Landman Project Manager
Chris Aymond, CPL, has been employed by Brammer Engineering, Inc. since 1999. Chris’s job responsibilities include title research, leasehold research, well history information, oil and gas acquisition, unitization, due diligence, curative, division of interest, surface damages, pipeline right-of-way acquisition and a myriad of other land activities. Chris has worked in North Dakota, Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Arkansas and Oklahoma. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Louisiana State University in Shreveport, Louisiana. He is currently a member of the Ark-La-Tex Association of Professional Landmen, American Association of Professional Landmen, National Association of Lease and Title Analyst, National Association of Division Order Analysts and the East Texas Association of Professional Landmen. Chris also serves as an advisor for the Red River Desk and Derrick Club. In his spare time Chris enjoys golfing, watching LSU sports, and spending time with his family.
Micki Madden- Division Order Analyst
Micki is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a major in Business Office Education. Before stepping in to the oil and gas industry, she taught business at the high school level. She has worked in the oil and gas industry since 1979, focusing on Division Orders and Landowner Relations for most of her career. She joined Brammer Engineering, Inc. in 2005 as a Division Order Analyst, and works closely with both the land and accounting departments in setting up and maintaining divisions of interest, as well as handling inquiries from both clients and royalty owners. Outside of the office Micki is active in her church, and particularly enjoys working with children and with the nursing home ministry. She also loves gardening, reading, cooking, and travel.
Michelle Josting- Land/Legal Administrative Assistant
Michelle Josting is a 2008 graduate of Bossier Parish Community College, and in her role in Brammer’s land department is responsible for maintaining land and lease files, obligation calendars, right-of-way and salt water disposal agreements, and processing payments for delay rentals, rights-of-way, and shut-in royalty payments. She also manages the circulation of well related proposals and elections, including AFEs and cash calls. Michelle came to Brammer Engineering, Inc. in 2008 after having worked in the legal field for government and private law firms for over 15 years. Michelle also volunteers with the Volunteers of America Lighthouse Program. In her spare time Michelle enjoys playing tennis, crocheting, and going to the movies.
